After a few hours I realized that it had been set as the default launcher and it does not allow me to put another one. I did a factory reset and nothing. I tried various things like remove permissions, force close, install other launcher, disable MIUI optimization. I wrote to global support and they told me to reproduce the error, then type this code *#*#284#*#* and send them the file. Just that for now.

Claro padre, mas abajo está la respuesta. Pero en resumen, justo como habían sugerido, busca un imán, procura que el botón de activar el shark space este deslizado hacia abajo o desactivado, que no se le vea la cosita verde con eso te das cuenta por si no recuerdas en qué posición estaba. Acerca el imán al botón de shark space y con eso debería estar solucionado. En mi caso lo que hice fue, reiniciar el equipo, y antes de desbloquear, con el botón desactivado, le puse el imán, desbloquee el equipo y me hizo la pregunta de... Cual launcher quieres poner predeterminado? Ahí supe que se había solucionado ya que también había instalado nova launcher para hacer pruebas.
