Has anyone experienced their Nvidia Shield stop streaming and display this grey screen, that appears to be DLL files from tv shows? All i have to do is re-select the HDMI inpuit that i have my shield plugged into the tv and i can resume streaming, but its a nuisance at this point. I've replaced hdmi cable, rebooted device, and even reset to factory and it still continues to work for an hour and then this screen will show up and i have to select the input again.
