Shield Experience 5.1 - "There Was A Problem Parsing The Package"

Ever since I updated to 5.1, I've been unable to update existing sideloaded apps or install new sideloaded apps.

I have gone about to ensure the standard options are in place, such as:

- Turning on "Allow Unknown Sources"
- Turning off "Verify Apps"

I've even gone as far as to:
- Enable USB Debugging
- Disable ESET real-time scanning
- Disable ESET's ability to detect potentially unsafe applications

This applies when trying to update/install via the APKpure app, the Aptoide TV app and by manually downloading/installing an APK.

Anything else I can potentially try?

My Shield TV device is a 16GB First-Generation model.
