Hello everybody, I've just got my HTC Sensation XE and i'm very happy and excited about it, But yesterday I noticed something strange while I was managing my shortcuts on my home screen which is that whenever i put a shortcut at the right upper corner of the bottom half of screen it won't press -and it's the same for any app- ! I mean I can long press it and move it but it just won't work when i tap it a single tap, moreover when I drag the shortcut from that location to the recycle bin icon in order to delete it....the recycle bin won't turn to red ! and therefore I can't delete the shortcut unless I change its location and then drag it to the recycle bin ....I got disappointed after this issue and I really need HELP.
thank you.
P.S the exact location of this spot is P:0/1 dX:-3.2 dY:0.0 Xv:0.008 Yv:0.012 Prs:0.22 Size:0.22

Hello there,

Sounds like a derangement in the ROM, maybe.
Turn off your phone, and wait for some time. Then press and hold the volume down button and press the power button like as if you were trying to turn on the phone normally, then release it, still holding the volume down button. Hold it until the hboot's white screen appears, then navigate onto Factory Reset option using the volume down button, then select it using the power button.

Caution; this option will delete all your personal data EXCEPT FOR the SD Card's contents.

After all these, when your phone booted up, it will be like you have just got it, like some days ago. :) Afterwards, try the issue you were struggling with, and see whether it has gone away or not yet.

Good luck. :good:
