If the price is good enough for you get it now. For all we know Moto could kill off the product tomorrow then all the people like you will drive the price through the roof trying to get one.

I bought one of the refurb ones for $175 and I'm very happy with it. I couldn't find anything about it that would indicate it's a refurb. On wifi it's surprisingly fast. I did my fantasy football draft on it and it never missed a beat. In fact I had a call come in during the draft and was able to talk using speakerphone and pick up Ray Rice in the first round.
