Should I get this phone

My contract is up and I am deciding on what phone to get. I liked the note 3 because of the size of the phone. I will want to root it. Is this the best android phone? Want feedback?:fingers-crossed:

Either get the Note 3 for the 3GB RAM or wait for Nexus 5. IMO the Nexus might not even have 3GB RAM. :laugh:
