I think that's a zooper widget. A statusbar widget that he may or may not have edited on his own. It's very cool, and zooper is very fun. . (or it could be KLWP pro, that's how I would've done it because I use KLWP more nowadays.
But zooper is just as good. -KLWP is a live wallpaper and zooper does widgets)
Its kind of like this one I've linked below.
You just use Nova launcher, and hide you statusbar from Nova settings, then on theb Nova home screen, add your zooper widget. It may need adjustment through the zooper editor to get it flush with the top.

Trying to get my homescreen looking like the screenshot I attached. Is there a way to have the icons be that size in Nova? There are sizable gaps between the icons in Nova. And I am really intrested in getting that time widget if anyone can point me in the right direction.

What the F? Are these people from international variant? Posting screenshots of what seems to be custom ROMS. Some of these screenshots I question if they even are S7 edge and not a mimic rom on the note 5 ???
