Icons are small white by blackbearblanc, the status bar is a zooper widget.

Same wallpaper, multiple pages. Done with zooper. Pressing the empty circle on page one takes you to the second page where you can press any of the coloured circles to take you to the appropriate page. Pressing the large holo circle then takes you back to page one, or the coloured circles to the other pages. I don't like swiping, so this way I'm only pressing buttons. ?
