Siedio battery charger, not charging all the way? Anywone else have this problem?

I have the Siedio external charger and even after the LED turns green on the charger, i have to bump charge. Has anyone else tried plugging the phone in to check the bump charge after the LED is green on the charger? Maybe mine is defective. I have the 1750 mah battery and the stock one, both have to still be bump charged. Any help is appreciated.

No your battery is fine. I have the stock htc, seidio 1750 mah and seidio 3500 mah. I charge them all in a seidio external charger and I still bump charge tho the bump charge duration is cut in half.
