Silent call Bug.. Restart during calls

hi..
my device reboot again and again.. when someone try to call me..!! no ringtone,no notification..it just reboot on incoming calls..!!
i already tried many ROMs .. ARHD,viperS , PROBLEM not happened for some days(After flashing any ROMS but after 2-3 days problem starts)... i never had this problem,every ROMs was working fine..is it a Silent call bug or what..?plz provide me a solution.
