Sim Card isn't Activated - Redmi 3

Hello guys,
This is Jumaed from Bangladesh.
Recently I bought Redmi 3 (with Chinese ROM).
First time when inserted sim card, it worked well. But when I switched my sim card and Power on my phone, There were no cellular network. A notification showed that "Activating sim card..".
After waiting some time when the notification gone, It showed that Sim card not activated. Activation SMS is not received.
I've tried many times with different sim cards, but the same problem occurs everytime.

Now How can I activate my Sim Card (from Bangladesh) ? What is the solution ?
I could not use any cellular services for one month. Please help me to solve this.

Have you clicked on the notification ? The Sim Card activation is for SMS between Xiaomi (with Xiaomi account)
Have you a demand from your phone to ask your pin code ?

If possible, try to change the phone rom with xiaomi rom dev or other rom

I've tried MiUi 8 Global beta rom
But isn't working

Yes, SIM Card are working in other phones.
Yesterday, I Reset the phone then reboot it.
at the starting settings the Sim card is not detected. SIM is inside but there is no Signal.

in the *#*#4636#*#* settings, the radio is turned off.
wen I clicked the "Turn on Radio" , there is no response

I think there is some problem in kernel level in Signal receiving.

Yes i have Valid IMEI number for Both SIM Slots
and I verified the phone in the web using the serial no. as well as Mi verification app

Hi, for Xiaomi users who cant detect sim card.
Just insert a paper below your sim to elevate a bit then your phone can detect it. One piece of bond paper was enough for me.

I also experienced it on my phone, not undetected but there is no service on redmi 3

hello im having similar issues with my xiaomi 4x and its arond 2months since no sim works on this phone it detect sim and also shows which sim is inserted in the sim menu but the network is empty and the sign says no service. if you find any solution please let me know
