sim card show network but cannot do any call

I recently Flashed stock rom NPJS25.93-14-18 ,latest version
device xt 1643
show network but when i call on that no say this no is switch off.
The Band Is "M8952_70030.25.03.62.02u ATHENE_INDIA_DSDS_CUST
