Hi everyone,
my mother just bought a (used) samsung galaxy s4 mini (i9195)(black) and it was on a 4.2.2 rom, i think that it was a custom rom because i couldn't update it neither using wifi nor kies and it had a custom recovery flashed.
I wanted to flash the newest stock firmware on it, like i did to a friend not so long ago, and i already had the firmware which i used on a friends phone (i9195 black)(downloaded from sammobile), the firmware is named "I9195XXUCNH5_I9195OXXCNI1_SEE"
I flashed it via odin, everything went without problems, and the phone works almost perfectly, now i have a problem that i can't send SMS from it, it just won't send, and when trying to make a call the call ui shows like it should but nothing more happens... when i try to go to the call settings it is just loading and can't enter it... when i try to call the phone (sim) i hear that it is calling at the caller side, but at the i9195 nothing happens :S
The calls and sms worked normal on 4.2.2 and also it is not the fault of the sim card because i tested it and tested the phone with other sims, also when there is no sim in the phone i can make the emergencie call without any problems, which i can't with the sim inserted...
Please someone help to guide me to the solution of the problem
