Simcard detection in some Pie Roms not working

I have in some Pie Roms the problems, that the Simcard ( o2 Germany ) was not detected and the APN`s not set automatically.

I was able to activate the Simcard after activating/deactivating the airplane mode but i had to do that after every boot up.
I never had those problem with any Miui Rom ( Miui EU, ROS for example)

Does someone had the same problems and can give me a solution for that?
