Question simcard not detected after downgrade from miui 14 to miui 13

I'm using miui 14, after downgrade miui 14 to miui 13 simcard doesn't word. Some member telling me flash modem.img from update pack miui 14. After flash modem.img simcard work again but camera stopped work too. It make me crazy and feeling horrible. please help me

Flash this rom with Miflash or use Flash all.bat from the rom folder.
