I'm trying to make a list of Android devices like the Xperia Z4 that have a touchpad and a physical keyboard.

The ones that I know of:

Asus Transformer Series

HP Slatebook Series

Dell Venue Series

Sony Xperia Z4

---

Am I missing any?

My Note has a touchpad due to the mere fact of buying a keyboard/touchpad case.
I don't get the point that you're trying to drive. I think most/all Android tablets support a KB/touchpad, some come with it, others not, but that ought to make little difference, no?

There are high quality aluminum ones: http://www.ebay.com/itm/161704633039

Pretty much most high end tablets have at least one high end accessory with a track pad. It's nothing special, I should know since I'm running Linux alongside android on my tablets for a bit more than 2 years now (perfect laptop/tablet hybrids), so high end accessories is a must.

Using one of the Chinese cases vs using an OEM Keyboard like is available on the Z4 Tablet or the Venue Pro is like night and day.

Depends. For example the keyboards made by Logitech are better than most OEM's, some of the expensive Chinese accessories gave me the same feeling as Logitech's keyboard so I dispute that.

But you're right, there are some low end offerings too. Search for comments , see other's experience with them and you'll find non OEM accessories to fit the bill and others not to. Since I run Linux on my tablets (alongside Android), I actually burn through quite many accessories. Right now I'm using one from Logitech that I have modified, it honestly feels very good when typing.
