Simple root for 2.2?

I'm wanting to root but the current method seems to advanced for me so I'm waiting on a simple root like there was for 2.1

Anyone heard if this will happen soon?

agree with above poster.

Also if you take it 1 step at a time i am sure you can get through the new root process. it can seem overwhelming when you read the whole thing but it is not that bad at all. Most of it is doing copy and paste of commands into adb and flashing files on your phone. If you cant do these then i am not sure you will benefit from root.

As for simple root. i would be surprised if there wasnt one eventually but it could be a ways off.
