Singal issues

I am using the Pure on Straight Talk and it has been working fine until about an hour ago. Is anyone else having issues with their signal?

I am using a Verizon sim if that makes a difference.

I don't know what StraightTalk did, but they got it figured out after 15 minutes on live chat with them
