The quality and feel is nice. Not slippery, feels good in hand. Just putting the skin on is a b*tch. Couldn't get the edges to line up, ended up with creases around the corners. I'm sure those more adept at putting skins on will have no problem.

I just got mine yesterday as well and like it a lot.

The carbon fiber feel is nice and its thicker and stiffer then a sticker, actually does feel like carbon fiber.

As for the application, I'm terrible at putting these things on.
I did my best to line up all the cutouts. I then used a hair dryer on the corners and made sure I pulled the tabs to slightly stretch them as I bent them down.
It seemed to stick very well with the aid of the hair dryer.

The edges of the skin obviously dont fit flush against the case and are slightly raised because of the skins thickness, if something keeps getting caught on it, I would worry about it peeling back in time.

But so far so good and it seems securely 'adhesed'/'adhesived'?

25% off coupon

Use "get25" at checkout to get 25% off or around $5.

14.99 is still expensive for a skin that doesn't fit well. I got creases on mine at the corners as well but called them and they are shipping me a new one. Might have the same problem though but at least I got 2 screen protectors!

so bc of the creases, I get lint/dust from my pockets stuck to the edges. too bad bc the carbon fiber gives it a sexy look. If it was precisely cut, I'd recommend it 100%. Buy at ur own risk.

Skinomi carbon fiber skin

Just got this carbon fiber skin yesterday.. I think it look pretty cool. Installation was like 15 mins cause there is some heatgum process involved.. not big deal.... made by Skinomi. I paid like 18 or so. Amazon.Com.

It's a carbon fiber pattern look right? Cuz real carbon fiber looks holographic.

Its a thick film. And on those macro pic I noticed it doesn't look like like it does live ..on the pics u cant see holographics like u said. Check the video. All the way on the bottom ..

WOW that looks amazing! i bought one too but can't seem to get the edges at the bottom aligned due to the bump on the bottom of the phone. How did you get it so smooth without ANY creases or folds when it gets to that part? and could you specify what you did for the heatgum process?

I cant speak for the OP, but the way I did it was use a hair dryer.
I used the medium heat setting and the skin gets really malleable when it gets hot. Then you can pull it to stretch it and it grips on the curves really well without creases.

I pretty much used the hair dryer on all the edges. Just spot used it on one edge, pull and stretch and make sure the skin is smooth, then repeated for the 3 other edges.
