SKW-H0,A0 firmwares

I was updated my BS2 in joyui11 then i downgraded to android 9,then I updated again in joyui 11 mq2 but now the in display fingerprint is not working and also can't set up password,can anyone help me out from this problem?
Note: all the update I did in manually.

Roll back to android 9 and update via update app from setting (ota).

But when I roll back to Android 9 my bootloader shows unlocked and after mp6 update it shows that my device bootloader is unlocked it can't be updated to Android 10 through updater app,and when I upgrade to Android 10 manully then my fingerprint sensor stops working

Fp sensor doesn't work on unlocked bootloader. Try finding a way to relock it

Ya hice un formato de fábrica pero sigo teniendo el mismo problema y ahora estoy intentando instalar estas rom del modelo OS01 del MP3 al MQ1 para forzar la actualización con * # * # 1027 # * # * y nada. My bs2 is running on Joyui12 android 10 china rom which i earlier shifted from global to china rom, now i want to shift back global again. To do so, can i download a os00 android 10 file and install on my phone directly? Although i know the othe lengthy processes.
