Very nice, please do keep it up. I love darker themes with colored highlights. Black & Gold, grey and blue. A transparent theme is sweet too!

Huawei p30 with emui 9.1.0

Using the same device. Just tried the theme from the link, and it works.
Maybe try to delete the theme, reboot your device, and download the theme again... don't know what to tell you...

Just for info: is this theme the only one that changes the notification panel? I cannot find the way to have a translucent one like MIUI

Try deleting the file completely and then redownload the theme and put the file in in folder Huawei\Themes.
Notification panel can be changed with themes...
