Skype over 3G

I was able to find the apk that will work over 3G but apparently it is not installing on my phone.

wondering if anyone else tried it and working for them ?

I had to uninstall the regular skype app and then install the modified one. It works great I have made 1 call chicago to dc and another chicago to south korea.

Where is this modified one? I tryed to call on the normal one and it gave me the error that I cant do it over the wireless network, only over wifi.
