Hey how is development?

Is there something happening? Are there enough developers/designers?
Its quite an odd thread, a lot of demand lots of responses but no reply from the original author requesting a designer.

Is everything allright? I understand something came in between or there are some hicups on the process. But is it working out or are there still some big hurdles to overcome?

A little enlightment or a status update will probably avoid having posts about people wanting to beta test it x 20000

I installed the XAP, but what do i do with the other 2 files??

when i start the app also, i get a skyper login page thingy?

seems to work fine here. (LG Q7) just have to play with the Client and numbers a little, also have to have skype running.

Getting it to run is pretty simple:

1. Deploy XAP.
2. Start Skype on the PC.
3. Start Client.exe on PC. Enter your IP adress. Press Start button and allow access to Skype.
4. Start Skyper. Enter same IP. No pass needed.
5. Skyper will load your contacts with pics.

2) Admin permissions to startup WCF server proxy.
3) It might need IIS (not sure).

after pressing start button I get an error message:

im getting an unable to startup proxy error.

I'm behind a router but I just used the local ip adress of the host computer in the client.

Thanks for the work, good luck with the program. Its very promissing

oh and since i cant use the program atm, what will it do? WIll you be able to voicecall with it (my guess is not, because it would be too slow to transfer the data to the pc and than from the pc to internet and back and than pc to the phone, and seeing how slow wifi mouse apps are on wp7...) or would it be for skype chat only?
SInce there is also an online service of skypechat this website can be parsed and used as well for the chatting, this would save the need to have a client and stuff installed and your computer running skype.
