Hi. I also bought canvas magnus today . All is good except camera. Pictures are very noisy indoor. Is my handset is faulty or all are?? Does your rom solve this issue? Thanks in advanve.

No one complained about camera even in Stock as received from Micromax. If it is in warranty get it checked from Service Center as soon as possible. A117 camera is one of best in this price range and no such noisy photos as you mention. If camera of your specific piece have any manufacturing problem, then no rom can solve it.

Actually the dev-host link is not uploaded by me. If MD5 is not matching then it must be corrupted. But there are 3 more links and I dont understand why links from all 4 servers dont work for you. BTW removed Dev-host link and uploading one more XDA Mirror which may get active in 2/3 hours. Its fast and stable download server.

I guess it is related to some games which needs that setting or could be something else. There is no Vsync enabler of disabler in this rom and it cannot be created. Search for any mod or patch on internet.

our stock kernel doesn't support vsync feature. it has no relation with the rom, it's s a feature of kernel. :good:
some gaming tips : while playing play games plug-in your earphones(reduces lag also save battery) , set the governer to performance, use gl-tools if you play mc4(using it will enhance the graphics of the game to maximum ) :good:

Completely agree with you for stock mediatek camera app...due to high sharpness pics looks a bit noisy.
quick solution for that is to reduce the sharpness to low under camera settings-->image property.
And always exit the camera app by pressing home key to save your personal camera settings.
after that you can swipe and remove it from recent task panel to close the app but it will save your settings.

@cmahendra - with Snap camera, overall quality is far better than stock one...not only better quality it gives tons of options ..thumbs up for it..

He did not mention about indoor or outdoor results. Most major company phones are also bad in indoor photos.

I meaned for pictures taken indoor during day / night with good lighting. Except daylight outdoor pictures, all were grainy.
I can say for sure that A117 is completely overclocked A116. Everybody already know about their processor and gpu speed. for camera, i side by side compared both phones. Level of details in pictures taken from both phones was same. However A116 has ow noise compared to A117. A117 camera is A116's 8mp + 4 mp random white noise.
I got refund and bought A116 from [email protected] 11500.

For those having problems with daylight pictures, try changing ISO to Lower value. Lower ISO means less light sensitivity and less grainy pictures.

yes, there is one small minor update I will shoot next week.

Imp: There is one major problem with kernel of A117, as it does not support some tweaks which work in A116. Otherwise you would have seen SLD.Next V2, within 1 hour of SLD-Ultimate V2 (of A116) (Yes, just one hour)

But asphalt 7 was working before ... i downloaded asphalt 8 and two games not working ... maybe it need some free memory in sdcard . .

hi @Solomon258 sorry for late reply. If Alphalt7 was working that does not mean next version will also work. In face 99% percent chances of not working due to higher graphics and more heavy with graphics and hardware requirements.
