Slow boot, strange behavior

Hi

Few days ago I received my Jamin (G4) and I installed the 16Mb_AKU2.3_GSM02.30.21_Extrom-4PDA.ru rom. It worked fine until today. I had to turn the phone off and then, when I turned it on (about 30 minutes later), it stuck on the I-Mate screen. Tried several times and finally hard resetted it. When the Imate screen shows, it took almost ten minutes to pass and enter Windows. I tried to downgrade to shipped Imate roms, Dopod ones and the cooked rom, no success. it takes about 10 minutes to boot. Any help????

Update: now I installed the 16Mb_AKU2.3_GSM02.30.21_Extrom-4PDA.ru rom. Same happens: when the USB cable is disconnected, it stays at the Dopod screen for a long time and turns off. When connected, it boots ok after almost 10 minutes... Weird!
