Slow game launching

Hey, I downloaded Trepn profiler, becouse i wanted to see CPU frequency, when launching apps. Facebook, Messenger, Snapchat and other social media ramped up cores to 2.15 and 1.6Ghz. But then I launched a game. And to my suprise, all cores were running at 1.04GHz. Its bothereing me, becouse games lauch slower then on my 4 year old S4, Xperia XA, Galaxy S6 and so one. Is there a way to force cpu to get to max frequencies? And I cant be rooted, becouse running at leaked 7.1.1. on 2017g.

Running in performance mode+Cpu is maxed out for about 5 secs after launch, but then drops
