Question Slow loading of apps

Hello. During the last week I have found that apps with lost of pictures (BBC Newws, Sky News and Instagram) have been taking ages to open and when they eventually do - all the pictures arent there (see attahced). This is also happening on my tab S6. On mobile data its fine so I thought it must be wifi - but all other devices (laptop/desktop/wifes iphone and ipad dont have this probelm) so is there any reason anyone can think of why this is happening? Have cleared the caches/update Android web viewer etc. Both devices have received an update in the last week. Thanks

Try clearing data and cache for the affected apps.
