Hi, some days ago I decided to fully reset my OP5, because of some software problem caused by me. Then I chosed the last stable software, without Root acces. Then I configured my phone and I noticed some little delay when trying to unlock the phone in both methods. I did not know wich was the problem, so I decided to perform another hard reset, chosing the last beta firmware. Nothing to do, I have the same problem. Specifically if I use ambient display and I try to unlock the phone via fingerprint when it shows the time (maybe bacause I take my phone by a table), all work good, but if I try to unlock when screen is totally off I have to wait for 1 second and more. This problems disappear If I do not use ambient display. Instead, If I use Face unlock, I always see the vertical fade animation, even if I am perfectly in front of my phone, but until some days ago the unlock was very quick, like a "not protected phone". I hope you can help me guys, it's difficult to have a very quick phone and not being able to use it. Thanks.
