Thank you for the awesome work!! This was by far the easiest flashing related thing that I've EVER done...and I've been through a couple Android devices. The OTA system update to QE2 is happening as I type this...though it became available WHILE the device was setting up everything else.
I was able to without a problem, and have since upgraded to qh3

Did the procedure from the beginning and as soon as the phone started up it updated OTA.

revert to 6.0.1 from this rom?
bought a used sm-930a and need to revert to back. anyway to do this? im FRP locked and cant do anything past the google login screen :crying:

Odin to pk1 then Google Samsung frp bypass. Flash Android account manager 6.0.1 then frpbypass.apk. no issues I've done about a dozen att s7s 1 s7active, and several Verizon models.
Anyone else run into an ota update loop? I keep getting prompted for an update, I run it, reboots, comes back updated, then reboots again and is back to original, prompting for update.
any downgrade i've tried has failed with different odin errors. can you plz link to the files you used successfully with FRP lock?

Didn't root the device since it's my wife's phone. You know what will happen if I mess it up.

Flashed my 930a and all works perfect. Updated 4 times when I had it up and running. I know it's been asked a few times but not answered.. can this be rooted? And if so .. How to go about it.

I have an unlocked at&t s7 930a, and i did all the procedures decribed on the first page. now im stuck in a bootloop where im am stopped by a message saying that an unauthorized attempt has been made to factory reset my device. I try to continue but the phone reboots. help me please!
Edit: after some googling i think it is the FRP lock : ON that's causing this. I am going to try and remove it
Edit no.2: somehow i got to fix it. I didnt mess with FRP. after several attempts to get it to run and recognize me as the owner, i decided to flash it again with odin. the process went good at the beginning up until the phone shower an error with the sick android figure(here i thought i bricked it). i restarted and the phone was doing some "under the hood reparations" with a sim figure showing on a blue screen. Amazingly, after that the phone restarted and didnt go into a bootloop again. ever since its been gathering OTA updates and working fine.
