SM-G955N Bootloader unlocked

Hello,
Does the company have variant of the galaxy s8+ have an unlocked bootloader? I see they are selling on on Amazon prime https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B072BD4MTC/ref=ox_sc_saved_image_5?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A35WDPB4Y8D904 and I was wondering if I decided to purchase it would I be able to root and flash recovery and install custom roms...
I am interested in ram boost, but not sure if it will make a difference or actually have a u locked bootloader...

Any insight into this is greatly appreciated...

Search and read, all info for unlock and root and such are right on general forums.

I have searched, but have not found a specific yes the bootloader is unlocked for flashing anything You want, or no there are limitations...
