SM-J510FN Dual Sim Stuck in TWRP recovery mode

Things didn'tquite work out, having sucessfully installed the ROM and checked the phone worked ok I powered down. when I switched it on again
it comes up with the message "TWRP App Update Required Please update the TWRP App"
It then gives me the choice of updating from the Play Store or the website, then I discovered that this version dosen't have the Play Store loaded on it.
Then I loaded the Play Store APK from the SD card. although it gets installed I can't run it. So I have gone from having TWRP all the time to not having it at all.
Maybe I should give up, at least the phone works!

The TWRP App isn't needed. Somewhere in TWRP Recovery there's an option to turn off messages about the app.

If the ROM has an old TWRP App, just uninstall or deactivate it.
In TWRP Recovery in Settings there is a box you can check if it's unticked.
Something like: "Prompt to install app if it isn't..."
