Hello my friends.

I'm here to ask for your help, could someone please help me.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition SM-P601 (wifi + 3G) variant, it has installed Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.
From the settings menu i already notice that my tablet has a Kenya (AFR) Firmware.

At this point i have bad wifi connections and bad GSM internet connections. The signal is very weak, and the speeds are always arround 1mbps / 2mbps / 6mpbs.
I assume that changing the firmware to another version, should fix my problem.
The situation is that i can't flash any other stock firmware or custom firmware. Even i can't flash any recovery (TWRP or CWM) in my device.
When i start the flash process in ODIN, some errors occurs. i get stucked on "Get PIT for Mapping..." and the process stops.
I can't do anything on my tablet.

Product Name : lt033gxx
Product Code : SM-P6010ZWEAFR
Original CSC Code : AFR
Firmw CSS Code : AFR
Active CSC Code: AFR
CSC Country : Kenya / AE
BL Version : P601XXSDPK1
PDA Version : P601XXSDPK1
CSC Version : P601OJVDPI1
Modem : P601XXUDPC1

How can i pass this issue, i want to flash or a custom rom or another stock rom (like the russian's (SER) one).

Best regards from Portugal.

I've flashed my tablet lots of time using either ODIN or TWRP, and I've never encountered something like this. Perhaps you should try finding the full release of stock firmware for p601? The one that also has the bootloader, partition table, whatever, that also has files attachable to ODIN's BL, AP, CSC etc. I'm using P600, I have the full actual firmware release that I can flash using ODIN, in case something goes really badly, where it basically deletes everything and installs fresh software, partitions and all. Resets all to stock of course, but fixes every single problem. Works all the time I need it to. However, in case you do have such a release, have you tried using ODIN from another computer?

See, apparently there's an issue, in which you have to connect the tablet using a USB 2.0 port (black colored), rather than 3.0 (blue colored). It's related to drivers, specifications, or whatever thingamagic beneath the carpet, but I always flash and connect using 2.0 port, on a Windows 7 PC. USB 3.0 gives me lots of issues, such as device not recognised, random disconnection etc.

Another suggestion, in addition to connecting using port 2.0 from another computer, is to use a different ODIN version? Try searching for releases that are used/recommended by developers of the device.

Finnaly, i just got my tablet flashing again.
I just resolved those problems.
I tested using my other PC, with other O.S (windows 7) other diferent pc, and the flashing process worked like a charm ;)

PS: i always use 2.0 usb ports.

But my wifi and gsm connections speeds remains the same, i continue to have very bad and weak connections speeds.
I don't know how to resolve this issue. Maybe replacement the wifi and gsm boards or antennas may resolve the issues....
