[Completed] (SM-P601) how to rest original boot logo (param.img/param.lfs)

i have the messed up boot logo ... i can't find a way to fix it and i don't have param.img/param.lfs .....
Downloaded the 5.1.1 /4.4.2/4.3 firmware but non contain the param file

can anybody help me or point me in the right way
