VoLTE is automatic, there's no toggle for it anymore as it's mandatory. You can't make calls without it on Verizon.

Well there's not a toggle per se there are some tiles for 5G and Volte. Now I barely seen the tile for volte once since I triggered it.... And the 5G one stays persistent through reboots

if it's anything like my S21U, your slower speed likely stems from the lack of carrier aggregation combo for Asian region natively. You'll have to use qtst tool to get rid of the "pruned" carrier aggregation setting file for it to work outside of the US region. Then the speed will be just as fast.
