right it does seem strange that samsung would release the update to their device after everyone else, although i seem to remember a post about how the samsung u1 version has everyones junk built in i guess.Where's this new update. I mean, I'm pretty sure none of you know, just ranting.
right but not for the U1 model it was only for over seas likely to test it i guess? not certain, I'm not in a hurry just thinking, I would think they would deploy to the phones purchased directly from them first.
But where is itI know some joke around about updates being released. But when has a device got the update as soon as its released? Every time an update is announced the post about "where is it" starts. But like I said I know some here post that just to be funny.
Or is that sm-s918u?
Seeing how this is the U1 model sold by Samsung, something you could have easily found out for yourself by Googling the model number, yes, this is the thread.

Putting SM-S918ULBFXAA into Google, first result points to Samsung.com:
Galaxy S23 Ultra. | Unlocked | 512GB | Sky Blue | Learn more. SM-S918U1 / SM-S918ULBFXAA.
Sim Unlock can not be made permanent or stick longer than allowed by Carrier regardless of what firmware you flash. Also Tmobile budges based on your standing and type of account. I have never had issues getting my devices unlocked but yeah i pay more than needed. What happens if you flash U1 while temp unlocked on T-Mobile? Will the unlock stick past the 30 days? I do know you can't temp unlock while on U1 which sucks. Only reason I havent went to U1 yet. My S22U I was able to get it unlocked, but T-Mobile wont budge now for requesting unlock unless fully paid off.
12 lines, aged long standing account. Perm unlocked 10 or so phones in the last 3 years without issue. But something changed several months ago and they no longer will unless military/deployment.Sim Unlock can not be made permanent or stick longer than allowed by Carrier regardless of what firmware you flash. Yes, definitely need to do research on the business/company before purchasing services. Many online websites will do shady things like charge you a small upfront fee and then some days later say "oh sorry, it looks like your device needs a premium level service that costs more money" but then hidden in their terms and conditions is the fact that the original amount that you paid can never be refunded, only used as "store credit" for the futureIf not bought outright, it will have to be paid off. Careful with unlock services. About a month ago a friend of mine used a reputable service for At&t Pixel 7pro. Took almost a month and over $100 and her device never got unlocked, and no refund...just saying be careful.
Well looks i gotta flip to U...and capture. Appreciate it boss.
