I tried to compile this rom from your source from github, but have errors the I tried to lunch. I think the problem is that I do not have the correct "smdk4412-common" folder.
Please, can you tell me which is the github address to the "smdk4412-common" that you use.

screen mirroring

Screen mirroring using chromecast is not working, it connects but then says directly that screen mirror has stopped.

Chromecasting from example youtube works perfectly, it's just the mirroring that doesn't work.

Its CyanogenMod repository, there is a guide in post 2, if you want to build it yourself.

Weird : after flashing the latest build (+ wiping cache and Dalvik cache) over a previous one on my SM-T310, I noticed that notifications volume was set to zero and impossible to raise, as if it was purely disabled.

Has anyone met the same issue ?

The same. Little or no improvement. I don't have the skills so I can't understand or explain why video recording doesn't work. T310.

I understand this is a problem because i use this tablet only for video recording, the rom is fantastic but only with the camera there is this inconvenience.

Got Netflix working a little more

I am running 20151024 and Netflix lets me log in and try to play a video but it just has a black screen with a spinning red circle with white text saying Loading...

Tried setting persist.video.mem.usecache=16m and now it works for the first few seconds. Then you get a frozen image plus sound and captions! Reboot needed after setting and after each frozen Netflix.

i installed this Rom on my T315 Tab and it is running great so far. In MX Player i can play 1080p Movies without any problems, very smooth. But i have some problems with the YouTube App and this Rom Version. If i open the YouTube App and i start a Video, everything is fine. The Video is playing smooth and without problems but when the Video is done and the next one starts or i go into another App and then back into the YouTube App, the video begins to hang and stuttering extremely. The only way to rid of this is to stop the YouTube App and start it again. Then everything is fine again, until the next Video. The Sound is playing fine, only the Video is stuttering.

Has anyone else this Problem? Is that a problem of the Rom or the YouTube App? On my LG G4 all Videos work fine, without any Problems like this.

But i never had HW+ Decoding in MX Player, what i have in the newest Rom Version. So i like to use the 5.1 Rom but with that YouTube Problem, it is really useless for Watching Videos

@breversa - wow, thank you very much for your tip! i installed the app and it works great! the cool thing is i can play the videos through external player like MX Player and this without Ads, very cool. But i miss the feature to connect it with my Google Account, so i can use the history/chronicle. But it is a very nice workaround so far, thanks!

I especially like BECAUSE there's no Google account/spying involved.
