The Kernel has Anykernel2 Support:
Code:
AnyKernel2 - Flashable Zip Template for Kernel Releases with Ramdisk Modifications
by osm0sis @ xda-developers
"AnyKernel is a template for an update.zip that can apply any kernel to any ROM, regardless of ramdisk." - Koush

AnyKernel2 pushes the format even further by allowing kernel developers to modify the underlying ramdisk for kernel feature support easily using a number of included command methods along with properties and variables.

NOTE: Due to Forced Encryption being disabled you MUST remove encryption from the data partition by using the FORMAT DATA button in TWRP. (THIS WILL WIPE ALL YOUR DATA!)

For information how to decrypt see the TWRP thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/ga...recovery-twrp-3-1-0-1-samsung-galaxy-t3581359

IMPORTANT: THIS WILL TRIP THE KNOX COUNTER AND I HOLD NO RESPONSIBILTY FOR WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DECIDE TO FLASH THIS. ITS UP TO YOU TO MAKE A DEVICE BACKUP WITH TWRP OR HAVE THE STOCK FIRMWARE TO HAND!

Download:

SM-T825

Install:
Flash the Kernel zip in TWRP Recovery.
Note: if you come from other Kernel, you should dirty flash your ROM/Boot.img before flashing "FlashKernel.zip" and SuperSu or magisk If you need.

Hello. So not sure if I screwed something up along the way. Has anyone experienced laggy/ stuttering video playback on youtube? Also I don't have any sound out of the devices speakers.
Sound DOES work out of the headphone jack and while headphones are plugged into the aux jack youtube works fine. as soon as i unplug the headphones the problem reoccurs.
Now here is how I was setup, Im not sure where along the line I lost speaker output:
1: stock AQI2 Rom
2:installed TWRP from here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/ga...recovery-twrp-3-1-0-1-samsung-galaxy-t3581359 through odin
3:right after install I booted to TWRP formated DATA then flashed Flash-Kernel 1.0 and then the latest MAGISK 14
4: Device booted up and worked fine
5:I updated magisk manager to the latest
6:I installed the Gapps module and youtube 4k module through magisk manager
7:went to test youtube and noticed that I had no speaker output and videos were laggy without headphones plugged in

I reinstalled the factory AP BL CSC in odin and my speakers and youtube all works fine again
I am going to go through the install again and see where I messed up but I was just curious if anyone else saw this??
Thank you -Joe

Have you tried it yet? For me its working with my kernel and Magisk. And if Netflix works no idea i dont use it.
I have not and I probaly won't get the chance to until next week. Awesome I appreciate you trying magisk on your device. I'm sure I probaly did something wrong along the way. Thank you!! I look forward to the development of this kernel!
