Worked very well for me!
I downloaded it directly from the Play store, the LITE version, the screen stays on when i'm looking to it with the eye icon opened, and when i turn the screen away, the eye closes and the screen turn off after a short while.. it seems to be working good. i'm on VI 4.0.2 using Bricked kernel 1.31 @ default frequencies. didn't need to activate anything in the "accessibility" parameters. hope that would help..
