Settings->Display->Font size 'small', and textdroider DPI 534. Perfect.

For Viper4Android (V4A) and Poweramp I modified some instructions I found to suit our phone better, and it works beautifully.

(Modifications to instructions in red)

For people, who want to have Viper4Android(V4A) + Poweramp on Android 5 (Lollipop)

Download SELinux Mode Changer from XDA Here and change it to PERMISSIVE
In Dev options -> enable 'Use Awesome Player' (Deprecated)
Download and install BusyBox from Play Store
Download Viper4Android FX Here -> Unzip and install (works with stock file explorer), then open program install the drivers and reboot -> Enable V4A-FX -> ENABLE FX compatible mode
now poweramp: settings - >Audio -> Advanced Tweaks -> DISABLE "Direct Volume Control" -> ENABLE MusicFX -> head back to the poweramp now playing screen and click on the equalizer icon and there has to be a button called "MusicFX" -> ENABLE this -> Disable Equ & Tone & Limit -> now a reboot

Done.
Tested on LG G2 (d802) Running Lollipop

I too would like to know how you did this I am constantly running out of hotspot data on my "unlimited" plan. I have root and I saw the video on the Sprint apn change to add DUN to the internet one but I could not figure out how to do it in t-mobile. WiFi Tether router keeps saying it cannot turn on the WiFi, I am emailing the dev for the app, but if you go tit to work maybe I can let him know how so he can add it to his device configuration page.
