IMHO the term global for huawei mate 40 pro NOH-NX9 is kinda misleading. For me, malaysia model mate 40 pro is C636. The build number is 12.0.0.306(C636E2R4P5). My friend in Malaysia bought mate 40 pro from euro(C432) cannot use lighthouse. We should start using CXXX instead of NOH-NX9 for clarification.

You don't need microG+fix+135 for native push notifications. You can use any microG that can be installed along with GooglePlayService. MicroG+fix+135 is only needed for sign-in on the device. The real solution is to use Multitool 8 to disable GoogleServicesFramework for fully functional push notifications, but you will lose your GSF ID (all apps that require a GSF ID will still work perfectly fine).

Here are the steps to disable GSF, but you need to install native GMS first. You can use any method, such as Googlefier, manual installation, or Huagu. After installation, just ignore the Play Protect error at the end of installation.

- Open Multitool 8 and enable debugging mode.
- Connect your phone and accept debugging.
- Go to the "Modification" tab in Multitool 8.
- Click the first dropdown menu and click the button on the left labeled 'Show' (it may be in Russian).
- Select 'com.google.android.gsf' or something that ends with 'gsf', then click the 'Disable' button (rightmost button on the same line)."

I did not refer to this method to have notifications but to have a native playstore
almost 5 months now I have native playstore and I update apps and download apps without any problem - not once has there been a problem or a crash

Your methoud that using lighthouse is no need to disable gsf but if you install native gms and need to get fully functional push notification need to do this method.

Im using p40 both emui 12 and hos3 install native gms via googlefier and somehow make play store works after disable gsf.

the p40 is one of the last models that used emui 10 - in this particular version the installation of gsms is relatively easy and possible even with a copy of an older version phone - either it is a Chinese version or a global one
if you update your device you can keep the gsm and also with harmonyOS
with harmonyOS also you can istall gsm with googlefier or like i propose
now i believe with snagdragon huawei has one little open window to install gsm and google app
