So this is a solution that works for some google apps, i did some test and here's the result:

@bohcho mentioned one of the solutions but my solution was:
1. clear data and remove Lighthouse permissions
2. disable cloud messaging
3. disable device registration
4. login ( Add account )
after login successful
5. give permissions ( and Self-Check)
6. activate device registration ( i used Auto(Native))
7. enable cloud messaging and SafetyNet

my device: Mate 40 pro (international) EMUI 12
what was important for me was WhatsApp backup and google photos and both are working fine

But not all google applications work fine but the more important as Chrome, Maps, YouTube, are working perfectly.
I think that Lighthouse is the way to use Huawei cellphones with google but I think, also, that this application needs more development.

just install the lighthouse.apk (make sure lighthouse ex too). Then go to setting-Apps-Ligthouse. Open the setting (right up corner) and it will directly you to gmail login. Swipe back then open Device Registration. Change "Native" to nexus or Moto. Then open Lighthouse setting again dan login to your gmail account. After that, just download Youtube.apk or other Google apss.

My cellphone is huawei mate 40 pro 5g EMUI 12
First is very important to use the apps from the post number 19. When I download apps from Thailand huawei market, don't work.
Before install these app install Chrome in your cellphone but don't open
After install lighthouse and lighthouse EX.
Before try to register some account is very important configured lighthouse as explain in post 38 and adjust current profile as Nexus 5X.
After that, now is possible to connect with Google servers and register your own account in Google.
When finish register the account is possible proceed to install Some Google apps as Gmail, YouTube, Pictures, Maps, Chrome, Google (no totally OK), etc.
If some app like Pictures or another will not work fine, sometimes if you uninstall and after install again, sometimes work fine.
Try try and try and finally will work, but the most important: you need to install apps from post 19 and very important adjust current profile as Nexus 5X in lighthouse app.
Sorry if my English is not totally good.

I don´t know why this app sometimes works and sometimes doesn´t work.
Before working on my phone, I was trying several times with lighthouse apps from the Huawei market but never works.
Yesterday I try again with lighthouse apps that I finish attach and........................ worked!!!.
The difference maybe is in the last time, before installing the lighthouse I was installing Chrome, and after, without using chrome, I proceed to install the lighthouse and I configure it as explained in the post.
After configuring, I close the program, open Chrome, and in this program, I configure the account of Google.
After that, all is working well.

You can follow the video in the last post but is important install those apps that I share before in my post
Try try and try because sometimes don't work in the first time..... I don't know why.

The problem is I could not log in to my account. But like a miracle, when I finished the installation the second time, that problem finished and the cellphone connect perfectly with google servers and finish registering.
Now working perfectly and, in fact, all the applications (except Google and maybe another more) are synchronizing with my google account.
