No, why? Because Japanese variants can't be unlocked bootloader, if you can do that, you probably install all roms of H8416 variant (NFC is known to be not working).

My so 01l have unlocked bootloader , but i cant install any of customs rom for h8416 , global version of it

How have you done that? I'm curious about that.

Did you flash H8416 stock firmware? First you need to convert your device to global variant, then fastboot flash recovery, it should works.

No , im flash sodp and pixel experience , it doesnt work and report error 1 in twrp , im unlocked it with qunlocktool

Just download a firmware by using XperiFirm, then copy newflasher.exe and paste into the firmware folder, connect your phone with PC and flash it.

If i flash this rom on my phone will i have issues with SafetyNet and thereby have certain apps not work?
