soft bricked - need help

im helping my friend where his phone has no operating system but im able to install a twrp for him, but the problem is i cant flash any rom as there is something missing.

witch twrp do use i need more infos to help you or go back to stock via adb sideload

i think he accidentally wipe his phone memory(whole)

i think he accidentally wipe his phone memory(whole)

then just put rom file on sdcard, that way, you dont have to worry about wiping the whole phone memory. in fact, the result will be better with clean installation...
