Hi, well this is in no way my work i just found it in a russian forum , it was in russian so i wanted to translate it and explain it more:
IMPORTANT!!: "this method is not permanent it only works with "CM7.1.0-RC1.5" it means if you flash another rom your phone is locked again
(i tried it on the latest CM7.1 and got stuck in the boot screen then tried to unlock the phone with CM7.1 RC1.5 then install the latest CM7.1 and the phone was locked again)
1)copy the "sytem" folder in the "unlock defy.zip" into your sdcard
2)install "root explorer"
3)open it and go to "\sdcard\system\bin" copy the file you'll find there, go to "\system\bin" select R\W (it will switch to O\W) and paste the file there
4)then go to "\sdcard\system\bootmenu\2nd-init" copy the file and paste it in "\system\bootmenu\2nd-init"
5)reboot and your phone is unlocked !!!
