Hello Everyone,
In preparation for Assassins Creed 3, I made these soft keys for myself, but then I thought "Why should I be the only one to use these?"

This will work on any rom which has support for custom navigation bar icons. Ex.Codename(Android), AOKP, etc

Here they are.

Screen shots:
  1. Normal

  2. 45% Transparency (Personal Preference)


Softkeys Set currently includes:
  • Home
  • Back
  • Recent Apps
  • Menu
  • Search
More will be available upon request

this is NOT a flashable zip

Instructions:
  1. Download ZIP
  2. Copy contents onto phone storage
  3. Go to rom settings
  4. Open up navigation bar settings
  5. Change icon for each action
  6. Enjoy :cool:

Stuff: I am not responsible for anything that happens to your phone. The chances of this are almost 0%. Just read the instructions and you will be just fine.

Let me know if you have any suggestions, I probably will supply a flashable zip later.

could you clarify, I dont understand what you mean.
All icons are pngs, so they all retain their transparency

very cool softkeys!i think i'll set them on cookies and cream (nexus7)because i have paranoid experience with the ability to change softkeys like aokp\cna based!thank!!

The glow is only partial, it seems like the pictures are not transparent in the area were they should be...

That's strange. I don't have that issue. What ROM r u using? I will upload a picture of mine later today, I'm in class right now

Hey, I recently flashed the 2.5 Paranoid Android, and I came across your soft key mod.
In Paranoid Android, there are settings for the navigation bar, but nothing to let me change the actual key image. I'm not sure if I just haven't found the settings yet, or if they don't exist. But either way, got any helpful information for me using these kickass keys?

I haven't used Paranoid Android myself, but from what I have heard it doesnt have the option to change softkey images. I know for a fact that AOKP and Codename(Android) have these options, Maybe try out those? :p

Im working on adding more than just softkeys to this.
Here is a picture of my lockscreen, notice the lockscreen ring.



Do you want to have something like this?
