Full-fidelity document editing: SoftMaker Office Mobile for Android
Your documents finally look on Android like they do in Microsoft Office.

SoftMaker Office Mobile is the only office suite for Android that displays your documents exactly like they look on your PC. You can work on your Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents and be certain that no formatting or layout is lost.
Every office suite for Android smartphones and tablets worth its salt needs to be compatible with the documents created by Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The only office suite for Android that actually delivers on this promise is SoftMaker Office Mobile. It seamlessly reads and writes not only the old Microsoft formats DOC, XLS, and PPT, but provides the same full-fidelity experience with the new formats DOCX, XLSX, and PPTX that have been introduced with Microsoft Office 2007 and 2010.

You won't find any other mobile office suite that shows files in all these Microsoft Office formats as faithfully as SoftMaker Office Mobile, and only this office suite is able to save them again in their original format without loss of formatting or layout.

The applications in SoftMaker Office Mobile 2012 for Android

TextMaker 2012
The powerful and reliable word processor. Reads and writes DOC and DOCX files.

PlanMaker 2012
The friendly, full-featured spreadsheet. Reads and writes XLS and XLSX files.

SoftMaker Presentations 2012
The PowerPoint-compatible presentation program. Reads and writes PPT and PPTX files.

I don't know how this is compared to the other offices for android. I use the PC version, which is small, fast and has a good compability to MS Office (better than Libre/Openoffice).
You will find the english support forum here.

Have a beautiful sunday!

You can find on their website a beautiful comparison of the features of textmaker, planmaker, and presentations. There is also the overview.

Oh, someone noticed the thread! ;)

I quickly tested this office and it seems to be very good.
Assuming someone is a power user, the high price may be ok. But I don't need an office that much, apart from that there is Kingsoft Office.
It is enough for now and then.

If someone wants to test the quality of their office with Windows, you can try SoftMaker FreeOffice.
Compare it with Openoffice, and you will see.
