When you hand your phone to granny to take a photo of you, can she get the job done? Rate this thread to express how you deem the Nokia 3.1's camera software. A higher rating indicates that the software is easy to use, fast, uncluttered, and inclusive of advanced features for when you need them.

Then, drop a comment if you have anything to add!

As a granny who has been developing software since 1980, I take exception to your ageism and sexism. Time you updated your attitudes like someone living in 2019 not 1919!

Luckily I can speak from heads on experience using Nokia, Ericcson and other Finnish OEM. Disregard the "woe is me " reviews and realize Nokia is just that, and Original Electronics Manufacturer, not a brand. Having grasped the difference, let's move on...

The Nokia 3.1 a is the best boxed phone as far as design. They've made use of the cheap plastic and introduced a form factor unseen in MVNO devices.
Yes it's cheap, inexpensive, and it's a phone for anyone who needs it for whatever reason. Typing on it now, it has less shame factor than a TCL device. Most people rely on XDA, for new resources to old problems. Having nothing to contribute other than a list of what the device does not do does what the Nokia thread does; it illicits few responses.

Android 9, 32 rom, cleaner UI, AND comfortable and weight feel of the device = it beats all boxed phones other than LG Risio3. It CAN be carrier unlocked after 6 patient months or sooner using an nuk generation key. ITS been out for 2 years so the later probably applies.

Need a phone not a runway full of uneducated faf, buy it or don't. phone in a box is just that, quick disposable communication if needed. 80$ beats the 159$ it premiered at. Ok...

.... And having a 1080 v 720 res using plastic not CGG3 is a plus. It's 9 compared to Samsung S 3( now that was a sad one)
