After I unboxed the phone, it was working with an AT&T sim card for few hours. When I got home where I have wifi, I updated the software and didn't pay much attention to it. few hours later i found out the phone can no longer read any sim cards. I tried both sim slot, different sim cards. factory reset and etc.
Is there any way I can download the software and re-do it before sending it back to Asia for repair?
