I have currently unrooted and update my phone j710FN(INS) to the oreo version with security patch 1st December 2018, will this ROM work after flashing twrp and rooting then flashing this after wipe?

I am using J7 2016 J710FN.
I tried to install this rom as instructed. When I first flashed the rom zip file there was a line saying mount failed device/system resource busy. Then after a few moments the rom installation finished. I ignored that message and flashed the kernel zip and patch zip. Then I rebooted. When my device was rebooting, on the top left corner there was a warning saying " kernel is not seandroid enforcing" . It took of time to the samsung logo. Then this message came "andoid starting ". But a few moments later "system precess not responding" "system ui not responding " after that the screen goes completely black.

Help please? I am currently using Oreo Sama rom
