My lapdock has not even started the shipping process yet...it has been over a week...that is horrible service
+1. I read reviews saying they're slow with shipping, but this seems REALLY slow. I emailed them on the 13th asking the status of my order and got this response yesterday (16th)...not helpful at all

"I apologize for the delay in processing your order. Our warehouse is working quickly to have your item shipped out as soon as possible"

Last time they said something like that, the next message was that the order had been cancelled. That was because they never had the stock they sold in the first place.
Bastards. A lot of people got screwed over on that one.

My hopes are still up on this one. The fact that it sold out so quickly tells me that they had a fairly-decent cap on the number of purchases. I have ordered from them a number of times before and haven't had any bad experiences with them -- yes, they can be a tad slow sometimes, but they are usually fairly good about getting things processed and shipped. I (perhaps too optimistically) give them until the end of this business week before I start worrying.

Its been over 2 weeks...I dont think its coming
It has been a bit under two weeks, not over two weeks. It has only been seven business days since the sale.

I vote we calm down, stop speculating, and count on the company to fulfill their commitments, albeit in a less-than-timely manner.

I apologize for the shipping delay. We are currently experiencing some system problems with the tracking information. You can expect delivery shortly.

Just got a "UPS shipping label created" email from 1saleaday :).
Ditto on that! Glad they weren't feeding us junk information.

Shame, though... I am having it shipped to my home address and I am stuck at my university for another three weeks... oh well, patience, eh?
